Drawing on nursing expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system, we help you prepare for medical discussions, identify questions you may not have considered, explore relevant healthcare services and resources, and understand your options to discuss with your healthcare team.

When care involves several providers, it can be difficult to understand how different recommendations, test results and follow-up plans fit together.
Liora offers continued nursing involvement across appointments to help connect information, identify questions that may need clarification, and explore available services and resources with your healthcare team.
Continuity — 3 Medical Appointments: $800
Three nursing-supported appointments, including preparation, in-person attendance, written summaries and routine follow-up.
Continuity — 5 Medical Appointments: $1,280
Five nursing-supported appointments for clients who need continued support across multiple medical encounters.
Both packages have no expiry date. Routine preparation, documentation and follow-up related to each encounter are included. Additional nursing work outside scheduled encounters may be billed separately, with fees discussed in advance. Unused appointments are refundable in accordance with Liora's service terms.

Yes. Liora Ministry™ provides in-person nursing support for medical and specialist appointments in Toronto and the GTA. An experienced Registered Nurse helps you prepare questions, communicate your concerns, understand information discussed and identify important next steps.
2. How can a nurse help if I already have a family doctor or specialist?
Your doctor or specialist provides medical assessment and treatment. Liora complements their care by helping you prepare for discussions, identify questions you may not have considered and explore relevant healthcare services or resources to discuss with your healthcare team.
3. Can Liora help when several specialists are involved in my care?
Yes. When you're seeing multiple healthcare providers, Liora helps you connect information from different appointments, recognize questions that need clarification and keep track of important follow-up items. For ongoing support, we offer Continuity packages covering three or five medical appointments.
4. Can Liora help me understand what healthcare services or resources are available?
Yes. Drawing on nursing experience and knowledge of Ontario's healthcare system, Liora can help you explore services, community resources and possible referral pathways relevant to your concerns. We help you prepare questions to discuss with your healthcare providers. Access to any particular service or referral is not guaranteed.

A single encounter costs $280 and includes a 30-minute preparation call, up to two hours of in-person appointment support, a written summary and an optional 30-minute family debrief call. With appropriate consent, information can be shared with designated family members.
For continued support, Liora offers three medical appointments for $800 or five for $1,280. Packages have no expiry date.
