Refund policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and many Liora services involve preparation and coordination before the visit takes place. 

If your plans change and you no longer require services, please provide seven (7) days' written notice. Any services already provided up to that point will still be billed.

If a scheduled visit is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the full visit fee will apply. Other cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
